  • Avoid Alcohol: Refrain from consuming alcohol for at least 24 hours after the treatment.
  • Cold Compress: To reduce swelling, you can apply a cold compress to the treated area. However, apply gently without putting too much pressure.
  • Stay Hydrated: Continue to drink plenty of water to help the hyaluronic acid filler settle and hydrate the skin.
  • Avoid Blood Thinners: Continue to avoid medications and supplements that thin the blood for a few days post-treatment to reduce the risk of bruising.
  • Makeup: It’s best to wait at least 12 hours before applying makeup to the treated area.
  • Skin Care: Use gentle skincare products and avoid any treatments that can irritate the skin, such as chemical peels or laser treatments, for at least a week.
  • Sun Protection: Protect the treated area from direct sun exposure. If you must be out in the sun, wear a broad-spectrum sunscreen.
